Following unannounced visits, the Commission directed two principals to hand over to their Vice Principals (Administration) and refund every kobo collected from students within seven days.
The Commission restated that public education in Anambra State is free from nursery to secondary school and that any charge of any description to a student or parent is a violation of state policy.
